Pastor Focused Coaching

“You will never maximize your potential in any area without coaching. It is impossible. You may be good. You may even be better than everyone else. But without outside input you will never be as good as you could be…”
The Next Generation Leader by Andy Stanley

We agree, and for many years now, we have placed a high priority on coaching at PastorServe.

We focus on Personal & Professional

We believe all of life matters and has an impact on how effective pastors and ministry leaders will be in living out their calling. Thus, our coaching strives to assist clients in the following areas:

Personal Life (Backstage)

We help all of our pastors to think more intentionally about the key areas such as marriage, family, faith, relationships, health, and even finances.

We also provide a two-hour marriage check-up facilitated by a licensed counselor.

Professional Life (Front Stage)

In this area, we’ll help you think through your leadership philosophy, your primary role and responsibilities, and how you and others can make progress on the deeper challenges and concerns facing your church.

In making progress on those challenges/concerns, we’ll help you become more effective in the following leadership competencies: Diagnosing Situations, Intervening Skillfully, Managing Yourself and Energizing Others.

PastorServe also offers specialized coaching services to help pastors and churches in a variety of situations.

Within the first three months of the coaching relationship, we make a site visit to the church of the pastor we’re coaching. Normally, this is a two-day visit that gives us an opportunity to meet with the elders, council or leadership team and conduct brief interviews with key staff members. This level of engagement provides us with greater context that serves to enrich the coaching relationship. The on-site visit is required, and the church is responsible for all travel related expenses.

Free One Hour Coaching Session
